Fnd.;— Defendant(s); applying for writ of certiorari and/or review; to the Court of Appeal, Third Circuit, No. CA97-0570; Parish of Natchi-toches, 10th Judicial District Court, Div. “A”, No. 47,679-A. Granted. The decision of the court of appeal is vacated and set aside. The case is remanded to the trial court for trial. See Graham v.
