IN RE: Lee, Danny Ray; — Plaintiff(s); Applying for Supervisory and/or Remedial Writ; Parish of St. Mary 16th Judicial District Court Div. “B” Number 94-140,-004; to the Court of Appeal, First Circuit, Number KW98 1209 Writ denied. Relator’s pro se claims lack merit, and counsel must initially raise his claim in the district court. See La. C.Cr.P. art. 926(A); State ex rel Foret v.
