BOLIN, Judge. This case was consolidated with case NO. 9866, styled York Corporation v. Louisiana Plumbing Co., Inc., et al., 150 So.2d 520 . For the reasons contained therein, the judgment is affirmed at appellant’s cost. Affirmed.
