COOKS, Judge. For the reasons assigned in the consolidated case of Lorita Johnson, Et Al. v. Samuel Templeton, Et Al., Docket No. 99-1274, 768 So.2d 65 , rendered this same day, the judgment of the trial court is reversed. REVERSED.
