THIBODEAUX, Judge. For the reasons discussed in the consolidated case of Tutorship of Larry Witt, 99-646 (La.App. 3 Cir. 11/3/99) ; 747 So.2d 1142 , the judgment of the trial court is affirmed. Costs of appeal are assessed to appellants, Helen Witt, Larry Witt, Harold Bonesio, Thomas Bonesio and the United States of America. AFFIRMED.
