THIBODEAUX, Judge. For the reasons discussed in the consolidated case of Christopher Cole et al. v. State of Louisiana, through DOTD, 99-912 (La.App. 3 Cir. 12/22/99) ; 755 So.2d 315 , the judgment of the trial court is affirmed. Costs in the amount of $824.18 are assessed to appellant, DOTD. AMENDED AND, AS AMENDED, AFFIRMED.
