In re Rose, Kenly C.; — Defendant; Applying for Reconsideration of this Court’s Order dated December 10⅛ 1999; Parish of Orleans Criminal District Court Number 375-597; to the Court of Appeal Fourth Circuit Number 97-KA-2212. Denied. JOHNSON, J., would grant reconsideration. Exhibiting weapons to the jury, and allowing testimony without connecting the weapons to this crime was prejudicial and not harmless error.
