BOLIN, Judge. This suit was consolidated for trial and on appeal with Luney J. Mire v. Earl Timmons, et al., 155 So.2d 265 , and for the reasons assigned therein, the judgment appealed from in the instant case is affirmed at appellants’ cost. Affirmed.
