GROVER L. COVINGTON, Chief Judge. After a thorough review and evaluation of the record, and for the reasons this day assigned in a companion case, Jackson v. Phelps, 506 So.2d 515 , we affirm the judgment of the trial court granting defendant’s motion for summary judgment and dismissing plaintiff’s suit. Costs in this matter are assessed to plaintiff-appellant. AFFIRMED. LANIER, J., concurs in the result.
