THIBODEAUX, Judge. For the reasons discussed in the consolidated case of State of Louisiana v. James A Sonnier (La.App. 3 Cir.1996); 679 So.2d 1011 , the judgment of the trial court is affirmed, the defendant’s-relator’s writ is denied, and this case is remanded to the trial court for proceedings consistent with the views expressed herein. WRIT DENIED. REMANDED TO TRIAL COURT.
