KNOLL, Judge. WRIT GRANTED: For the reasons assigned in United States Pollution Control, Inc. v. National American Insurance Co., 95-153, 668 So.2d 119 (La.App. 3 Cir. 8/30/95), the judgment of the trial court is reversed.
