WOODARD, Judge. For the reasons found in Austin Homes, Inc. v. Harold & Deborah Thibodeaux, 01-1282 (La.App. 3 Cir 5/8/02), 821 So.2d 10 , we reverse, remand, and instruct the trial court to accept additional evidence and make the proper calculations in accordance with this opinion. Additionally, we cast Austin will all appeal costs.. REVERSED AND REMANDED.
