PICKETT, Judge. For the reasons assigned in the companion case of State v. Mitchell Molette, Jr., 01-194 (La.App. 3 Cir. 10/3/01) ; 798 So.2d 1113 , in which a separate decision has been rendered, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed. AFFIRMED.
