THIBODEAUX, Chief Judge. For the reasons discussed in the consolidated case of State v. Henry, 15-321 (La.App. 3 Cir. 11/12/15) ; 178 So.3d 1134 , 2015 WL 7074749 the judgment of the trial court is reversed and this case is remanded for a new trial. Defendant Latracus Henry’s sentence is, therefore, vacated and set aside. REVERSED AND REMANDED.
