THIBODEAUX, Chief Judge. For the reasons discussed in the consolidated case of Ramelow v. State of Louisiana, Bd. Trustees, MSU, 03-1131 (La.App. 3 Cir. 3/31/04) , 870 So.2d 415 , the judgment of the trial court awarding liquidated damages and attorney fees is reversed. Costs of this appeal are assessed to plaintiff, Dr. Ulku Ramelow. REVERSED AND RENDERED.
