|1BROWN, Judge, concurring and dissenting. I question reversing the trial court’s determination of Faulkner’s fault. The entrance to the interstate was not blocked. Once on the interstate, Faulkner initially traveled on Project 12, which was “virtually finished.” Although I may not agree, I cannot say that the trial court was clearly wrong.
