Appeal from Tenth Judicial District Court, Parish of Natchitoches. ORDER THE SUPREME COURT considering the attached documents evidencing compromise settlement of this case between all parties, and evidencing payment of all court costs, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this case be forthwith removed from the calendar of this Court and accordingly, the writs previously granted herein, 376 So.2d 1270 , are dismissed as moot.
