ON APPLICATION FOR REHEARING Rehearing denied. Even if the trial court was not barred by the doctrine of res judicata from considering the validity of the dation en paiement at the rule to rank mortgages, we find no error in the judgment of the trial court rendered in favor of appellees on October 14, 1987.
