Same Case-On a Re-hearing

judgment of the court, on a re-hearing, was pronounced by Rost, J. It is ordered, adjudged and decreed, that the re-hearing prayed for in this case be refused; and the judgment rendered by this court on the 16th April, 1850, amended by the addition of the sum of fifty dollars to the amount thereof, with interest as therein stated.
