Ilsley, J. The features of this case are very similar with those in the-case of the same plaintiffs v. C. E. Cate & Co., just decided, and for the reasons therein assigned : It is ordered, adjudged and decreed, that the judgment of the Court below be affirmed, at the costs of appellant.
