Taliaferro, J. In this ease, for the reasons assigned in the opinion of the Court, in the case of the State v. Joseph C. Gordon, it is ordered,- 'adjudged and decreed, that the judgment of the District Court be affirmed, the appellant paying the costs of this appeal.
