Sierra v. Slort

Mathews, J. delivered the opinion of the court ’The decision of this case, depends entirely on the credit to be given to the testimony. The district court, in weighing it, has determined in favor of the defendant, and we see no reason to alter the judgment. It is, therefore, ordered, adjudged and decreed, that it be affirmed with costs.
