PICKETT, J., concurring. hi agree in all respects with the result reached by the majority in this case, wherein we recognize three errors patent. Considering that these are non-frivolous issues affecting the defendant’s sentence, I would reject defense counsel’s Anders brief and do not agree that the motion to withdraw should be granted.
