Opinion text
O’NIELL, J., concurs in the opinion that the date of an olographic will must speak for itself, and in the ruling that there is sufficient uncertainty of the day and month in this case to make the will null, but he dissents from the opinion that there can be any uncertainty as to the century in which the will was dated, when the year and decade are given.
