SAVOY, Judge. For the reasons assigned in the companion case of Ardoin v. Menard et al. (La.App., 3 Cir., 1968), 212 So.2d 135 , decided this date, the judgment appealed from herein is affirmed at appellants’ costs. Affirmed. CULPEPPER, J., dissents and assigns written reasons.
