In re Michael Cooper, applying for supervisory writs, to the Criminal District Court, Parish of Orleans, No. 252-945. Case below: 441 So.2d 205 . Granted. The defendant’s sentence is vacated. It is ordered that a new sentencing hearing be conducted in compliance with C.Cr.P. 894.1 before a judge other than the original sentencing judge. MARCUS and WATSON, JJ., dissent.
