In re Marts, Sidney a/k/a; — Plaintiff(s); applying for reconsideration of this court’s order dated October 19, 1990, 567 So.2d 1120 ; from Parish of Orleans, Criminal District Court, Div. “C”, No. 322-705. Reconsideration denied. As previously directed, relator should first present his claims to the 19th Judicial District Court, Parish of East Baton Rouge, as that court has jurisdiction over parole board matters.
