In re Otis R. McKinley; — Plaintiff; applying for motion to enforce Order of this Court dated 2/16/96; from the Parish of Jefferson, 24th Judicial District Court, No. 80-2481. Writ granted. The district court is ordered to comply with this Court’s earlier order, see State ex rel. McKinley v. Cain, 95-2372 (La. 2/16/96), 667 So.2d 1041 , within *985 thirty days. The district court is further ordered to provide this Court with proof of compliance. LEMMON, J., not on panel.
