In re Bailey, Ronnie; — Plaintiffs); applying for motion to enforce order of this Court dated September 24, 1996; Parish of Orleans, Criminal District Court, Div. “A”, No. 295-516. Writ granted. The district court is ordered to comply with this Court’s earlier order, see State ex rel. Bailey v. State, 96-2292 (La. 9/24/96), 679 So.2d 1340 , within *987 thirty days. The district court is further ordered to provide this Court with proof of compliance. MARCUS, J., not on panel.
