In re Johnson, Byron; — Plaintiffs); Motion to enforce this Court’s Order dated May 29,1998; Parish of Orleans, Criminal District Court, Div. “D”, No. 280-463. Motion granted. The district court is ordered to comply with this Court’s earlier order, see, State ex rel. Johnson v. State, 98-1055 (La.5/29/98), 719 So.2d 1272 , within thirty days. The district court is further ordered to provide this Court with proof of compliance. MARCUS, J., not on panel.
