In re Johnson, Byron; — Plaintiff(s); applying for supervisory and/or remedial writ; *1273 Parish of Orleans, Criminal District Court, Div. “D”, No. 280-463. Granted for the sole purpose of transferring the motion to the district court with instructions to the district judge to act on relator’s motion to vacate an illegal sentence filed via certified mail on February 27, 1998.
