PER CURIAM: The granting of defendant’s motion to quash the multiple offender bill of information under La.R.S. 15:529.1 is reversed and this case is remanded to the district court for all further proceedings in accord with the law. See State v. Dorthey, 623 So.2d 1276 (La.1993). LEMMON, J., not on panel.
